Data Processing on the agentivo.ai Platform
The agentivo.ai platform provides AI-powered digital assistants (“AI employees”) with which users can interact and delegate tasks. In the course of use, the following data is processed:
- Platform usage data (e.g., interactions with AI agents)
- Free text inputs and chat histories
- Account data (name, email, password hash, permissions)
- Protocol data for automated task execution
- Communication data (e.g., support requests)
Processing is carried out for the purpose of providing, improving and securing the services (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f GDPR).
Withdrawal of Your Consent to Data Processing
Some data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent at any time with effect for the future. An informal notification by email is sufficient. The lawfulness of data processing carried out until revocation remains unaffected.
Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Competent Supervisory Authority
In the event of a data protection violation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent authority is the data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is based.

AI-Specific Processing
To provide agentivo.ai’s main functions, certain data entered by you (e.g., task descriptions, email drafts) may be processed by our AI models. We ensure that:
- Your data is not used for training models or shared with third parties
- Responses are generated in real-time and not permanently stored – unless you expressly save them
- All logs are pseudonymized and used exclusively for performance monitoring and system stability
Information, Correction, Blocking, Deletion
Within the framework of legal provisions, you have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, the purpose of data processing, and, if applicable, the right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. SSL or TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons to transmit confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the address line of the browser (“https://”) and by the lock symbol.
Contact Form
Data that you transmit via the contact form, including your contact details, will be stored to process your request and for possible follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.

Account Management Data

We use a consent tool to obtain and document your consent for the following purposes:
- Analysis functions
- Fonts (for external integration)
- Third-party scripts or integrations

Third-Party Services
Paddle (Payment Processing and Merchant of Record)
We use Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates (“Paddle”) as our Merchant of Record for all paid subscriptions to the Service. When you purchase or renew a paid plan, Paddle processes your payment and handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and refunds. For these purposes, Paddle processes personal data such as your name, email address, billing address, IP address, country, and payment method information.
Paddle acts as an independent data controller for this processing under its own Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice. iseremo GmbH does not receive or store full payment card details; we only receive the limited transaction information necessary to manage your subscription and provide support (such as the type of card used, the last four digits, expiry, and billing country).
Google Fonts
The fonts are loaded locally from our servers. Should external retrieval be necessary in individual cases, this only happens with your consent.
Google reCAPTCHA
When used (e.g., to protect forms), data such as IP address and browser behavior may be transmitted to Google LLC. Their privacy policy applies:

Note: agentivo.ai does not embed YouTube videos, does not use PayPal and does not load icons from external CDN providers like Font Awesome – unless this is expressly marked in the user interface.
Brevo
We use Brevo as our marketing platform. By submitting the form, you agree that the personal information you provide will be transferred to Brevo for processing in accordance with Brevo’s privacy policy.
