Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to the Agentivo platform, operated by iseremo GmbH (“we,” “us,” “our”).
1. Merchant of Record
Paid Agentivo subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates (“Paddle”), which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, your transaction is with Paddle, and all refunds are issued by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms. Those documents govern your purchase and prevail over anything inconsistent in this Refund Policy.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of:
a. the date of your initial subscription purchase, or b. the date your first paid charge is taken at the end of a free trial.
This window reflects the statutory withdrawal right under EU and UK law for digital services and is honored by Paddle for qualifying transactions. Where local law in your country provides a longer, shorter, or unconditional right (for example, the 7-day unconditional right in France or the 5-day unconditional right in certain other jurisdictions), the more favorable right applies.
3. Free Plan
Agentivo offers a Free plan so you can evaluate the Service before subscribing. We encourage you to use it to confirm that Agentivo meets your needs.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation and refund are separate. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by contacting us at hello@agentivo.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period and your account then reverts to the Free plan. If you also want a refund of a charge already taken, follow Section 5.
5. How to Request a Refund
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refund requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle. You can submit a request:
a. at https://paddle.net using the order ID or receipt from your purchase confirmation email, or b. by emailing hello@agentivo.ai with your account email and payment reference, and we will forward the request to Paddle.
6. Refunds Outside the 14-Day Window
Beyond the 14-day window, Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary, case-by-case basis under the Paddle Refund Policy. Submit your request via the channels in Section 5.
7. Plan Credits
Plan credits are allocated for each billing cycle and reset at the start of the next cycle. If a refund is issued for a billing period, the credits for that period are cancelled together with the refunded subscription time.
8. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plans purchased under a separate Order Form between you and iseremo GmbH are governed by the refund and cancellation terms set out in that Order Form. Where Paddle processes the payment, the Paddle Buyer Terms continue to apply alongside the Order Form.
9. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, so we can resolve any issue directly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your transaction governs that transaction. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app.
